Easy: Unaccessible shops if you have no Elytra. I'm fairly sure you literally can't enter any of Scar's shops if you can't fly. Also, i think there's hostile mobs spawning in the Imperial DeathScar I think it's a solid ground for a case.

I think a colab shop with you Zed and Tango would be fun. Sell little "elevator kits" with a soul sand, magma block, water bucket and kelp, and some pistons. I think Zed has plain glass too and glass panes go well with water elevators.

It may not sell a whole lot, but that Soul Sand/Soil shop has _SPIRIT!_ For your Heybail shop, you could make a race track. Then, have a horse racing mini game where there are obstacles made if Heybails in the way that the riders will have to either avoid or jump over. If they make it within certain times, they get a prize of Heybails proportional to their performance.

I could be wrong, but I think you're currently the 4th richest Hermit. Scar has several stacks of diamond blocks, Doc has so many diamond ores he builds with them to show off, and Cub is also up there. All that being said, I think you've earned the most money from shops, as the three above you all did an unreasonable amount of mining.

5:59 Umm actually it may seem purely like the stone shop, but instead a mix of the Froglight and Stone shop, since Scar hand unloaded all of Joe's Shuklers full of stone he used to pay for his Frog lights into that chest. Joe put those shulklers full of Stone and Cobble in the frog light chest, since he didn't have enough diamonds and he made a deal with Etho so in exchange for Joe getting Diamonds and Etho would be getting the stone he mined.

I think you'd have a pretty good case that the (so-called) authorities should not have impounded your wheat shop. In response to the original notice of violation, you made good faith efforts to bring the shop into compliance, and as such, they should give you a further notice that the new shop was not considered compliant, and why.

And not all shops need to be big. Size is not necessarily what determines if something is a pop-up or not. In shopping centers, sometimes you have a big store that leaves and while you make negotiations for another shop of similar size to go there in the long run, you might put there a temporary arcade, or some temporary restaurant. Those are frequently classified as pop-ups, because they are intended to be short term.

I think Cub has the most successful shops on the server, followed by your Kitty Cafe. Technically, Doc is the richest Hermit, but he uses all of his diamond ore for redstone. Scar is the current richest Hermit, due to his mining. Cub would be richer than Scar, except Cub turned all of his diamonds into fireworks. So depending on how you look at it, you are the 2nd, and 4th richest Hermit, and the 2nd most profitable businesshermit.

I honestly would have put a giant terrarium over the hay shop. Maybe moved in some cows, make a hayblock and enlarge it via armor stand mod, and have it look like a barnyard under glass. Then fit the terrarium with the neccessary requirements of a "shop". It was cute the way it was.

On your remark about "the rich hermits" on the server: yup. After the lovely icon that is Ore Mountain was taken down, Scar became an "overnight millionaire" of the server without shopping district sales. I'm guessing that's just par for the course when it comes to his 'ill and bored' mining sprees. What you've made on the book sales alone is really ridiculously good, and with some hermit's propensity for losing all their stuff (Scar in particular, though everyone using the Hole Network is at some risk, too) you won't lose out on income there necessarily just because things have leveled out.

Always great to see a Cleo video, kind of disappointed in only 17min (but I get it trying to balance YT algorithm thing). Yay for streams! FYI, Skizz would never allow such a lame sign for violation, his notices require flair. The permits are a funny thing; some people are like "don't buy my stock" (Mumbo), some are "my shops are rubbish" (Joel), to others who are just aren't selling much because of price (Beef). This is why it looks like most people are farming this season. The books really is the ideal permit, since nobody wants to deal with villagers (accept Zed) who just wants them riding chickens.

You need to get with other hermits that got a pink slip and do a class action law suit against Scar (a poe) and Bdoubs (the judge) because the small t shop is a pop up and got no pink slip. A new judge will have to be appointed. Scars shops have been out of stock for a very long time.
