you don't need them to proc, u just need to have max 4, u produce them via PPen corrupt

I switch to this build and I can not get my tirgger rate to match yours. I also dont whats causing your full dps in pob to be 30mill.

U need to have 5.05 attack speed and 30% cdr to match ( 25 from BoT and 5 on boots)
