Poetry for Healing from Long Covid

This is a workshop held on July 27, 2024, hosted, designed and developed by Prof. Maria Figueredo, titled ""Keep on keeping on … when the road is long…" for those recovering from Long Covid.
This creative workshop was designed to provide solace to you if you have been on the Long Covid healing journey. By sharing her experiences, this workshop and talk by Maria Figueredo offers a safe space for individuals navigating the challenges of Long Covid to express thoughts and emotions through poetry. You will have the opportunity to be led through a creative writing process, as well as hear and read poetry selected in tune with healing in this regard.
