I first listened to this because I wanted to listen to poetry. I never heard of this poem. Now...I suddenly feel guilty for all the lives of flies I've taken.

Emotional, touching, yet true. There is nothing such as a "simple/small" or "complex/bigger" life, all life comes from our Creator and should be respected and protected. At least, I believe that God created me to do just that - to take care of His creation. But my religious thinking aside, I still think that justice is done when we protect the weak among us for we can't be "we" if they are gone. A fantastic poem delivered by a nice, convincing voice. We should all listen to this voice and do something. To protect the "small" lives, or at least not kill them.

I like the idea of reciting in front of an audience, something I did a few times in early 2000s. Now, with the advancements of tech, most of us use a PHONE as a MICROPHONE 🎤 (good job)

BY CHARLES LAMB There, Robert, you have kill'd that fly - , And should you thousand ages try The life you've taken to supply, You could not do it. You surely must have been devoid Of thought and sense, to have destroy'd A thing which no way you annoy'd - You'll one day rue it. Twas but a fly perhaps you'll say, That's born in April, dies in May; That does but just learn to display His wings one minute, And in the next is vanish'd quite. A bird devours it in his flight - Or come a cold blast in the night, There's no breath in it. The bird but seeks his proper food - And Providence, whose power endu'd That fly with life, when it thinks good, May justly take it. But you have no excuses for't - A life by Nature made so short, Less reason is that you for sport Should shorter make it. A fly a little thing you rate - But, Robert do not estimate A creature's pain by small or great; The greatest being Can have but fibres, nerves, and flesh, And these the smallest ones possess, Although their frame and structure less Escape our seeing.

Miss Carey is at the very least attempting to measure out the phrases, and this allows her to add her own phraseological variations to effect. I would like to see her get a little more help in this, because she is really on the right track.

No Offense darlings, but Church people do have curses and were cursed and cause Jesus/God/Human went to the Cursed, and per they have resistance, walls and from their own lies "in their own homes" and is not humanity! It is What and What the Lost Cheaters do not know! Do not and so talk about Cruel??? Cruel is when the greedy took again from their honorable siblings "who got better" from hard work vs those who chose wrong again! Who saves who then?
