His voice really shines in these Alexander theater sessions. The level of skill he has in voice control is amazing. He knows how to bring out sincere emotion just the right way. It never seems forced or fake but complitely real. The little cries and subtle dips into his lower register sound so delicious. Makes my spine tingle every time. Not to even mention how his midrange sounds so pure and clean yet so full at the same time ❤.

Marko really knows dynamics. Not most ranged singer and definitely not trained but some ppl can understand music and he does the lyrics so there you go. Dynamics...ofc important with every instrument and voice is one instrument.

There is always double meaning with Poets of the Fall lyrics 😁 What amazes me with this version of the song is how completely different it is from the original. The tempo gives an entire new meaning... Jealous Gods from the Alexander Theater Sessions is beautiful, the entire sessions are just a wonder to behold. Marko's voice is like nectar that soothes any hurt you may feel and Markus (Captain) playing brought tears to my eyes on this song and the 2 other voice and piano songs from these sessions. I am so happy you are enjoying them that much ❤ Your wife will have hell of a playlist 🤗
