RECEPT :
2,5 dl jogurta
1 dl mleka
25 g svežeg kvasca
1 kašičica praška za pecivo (6 g)
1 kašičica šećera (za kvasac)
1 kašičica soli
-1 jaje
110 ml ulja
oko 620 g mekog brašna
Od navedenih sastojaka umesiti testo i odmah ga podeliti na 17 loptica. 1 loptica težine 90 g (za sredinu pogače) i 16 težine 65 g (ostatak testa podelite na 16 jednakih delova,moje su bile težine 65 g).
Loptice ostaviti oko 15 minuta da narastu.
Cvet u sredini pogače premazati puterom sobne temperature,ostalo se puni sirom.
Potrebno je 200 g sira (u sir umešati 1 žumance).
Kad se formira pogača treba da odstoji oko 30-45 minuta,dok ne popuni kalup.
Pogaču pre pečenja premazati žumancetom pomešanim sa 1 kašikom mleka i posuti susamom.
Peći na 200°C oko 25 minuta.
Mere su za kalup prečnika 30 cm.
RECIPE:
2.5 dl of yogurt
1 dl of milk
25 g of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of baking powder (6 g)
1 teaspoon of sugar (for yeast)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
110 ml of oil
about 620 g of soft flour
Knead the dough from the above ingredients and immediately divide it into 17 balls. 1 ball weighing 90 g (for the middle of the cake) and 16 weighing 65 g (divide the rest of the dough into 16 equal parts, mine weighed 65 g).
Leave the balls for about 15 minutes to rise.
Spread the flower in the middle of the cake with butter at room temperature, fill the rest with cheese.
You need 200 g of cheese (mix 1 egg yolk into the cheese).
When the cake is formed, it should stand for about 30-45 minutes, until it fills the mold.
Before baking, coat the cake with egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
