They would likely have not even fought Napoleon. But rather joined him. Napoleon, Hitler , Lenin, all have one thing In Common though. They started a revolution against a greater good. Revolutions always have bloodshed. Not one in recorded history has not.

"...Robespierre, Saint-Just, Napoleon, the heroes as well as the parties and the masses of the old French Revolution, performed the task of their time in Roman costume and with Roman phrases, of the task of unchaining and setting up modern bourgeois society." (Marx) "For Napoleon fought against the forces of reaction and relied on progressive forces, whereas Hitler, on the contrary, relies on the forces of reaction and is fighting the progressive forces." (Stalin) Marxism has generally held that Napoleon was a progressive for his time. Certainly not as great as Robespierre or Saint-Just, but still.

I try not to reject songs from any self-described socialist country directly out of principle, since I have also uploaded North Korean and Chinese songs among others in the past. I have however remained apprehensive about uploading Yugoslavian songs since they are often associated with the fascist government of Tito. I have considered uploading some Yugoslav partisan songs in the future since the Partisan movement was a heroic bastion against fascism and not exclusively led by Tito, but on the condition the lyrics do not mention Tito.

@@pairtineach1917 no the song doesn't mention Tito in it at all, it is purely about the future that partisan movement built for children to live in, no mentioning of party or Tito. Same is also the song "Po šumama i gorama" which is adaptation of Soviet song "po dolynam i po vzgoriam" and it was written during the war by partisans, again no mentioning Tito, just the struggle against Germany

@@realcanadiensneverdie He wasn't just a fascist for his economic policies. A lot of people commend his national policies but in reality he pursued a policy of extermination of the Bulgarian and Albanian populations, systematically deporting them to the north and spying on them, he also allowed literally ethnic nationalists (such as former members of the Black Hand movement) to hold high ranking positions in the government. On top of it all, he cracked down harshly on communists, sending many to the famous Goli Otok prison island.

@@pairtineach1917 Stalin sent many more people to die in Siberia, Hoxha purged his government many times, North Korea is a state that keeps its people in and sends them to labour camp for saying the smallest thing against their government. And you still upload music from all of those nations. Tito isn't a fascist and doesn't come remotely close to the crimes of other dictators.

Because Communists are an Internationalist movement, there is no concept of Nationalism, that is where you are basing this thought from, which is what the Tsars and other Plutocratic Governments or Aristocratic Autocrats use to brainwash people into fulfilling their needs for more money and profit into their pockets, such as enlisting into armies for acts like both world wars. If you even knew the basics of Marxism then you would be having more sophisticated criticism, Soviets are not a Nationality but a word for Council, they are a Union of people and workers who took the State to use against it's creator which turned their States into tools to use against the first Socialist State after the Bolshevik Revolution since the Socialist Movement was the biggest threat to their global assets and profits that makes them rich for retirement.
