@@nyrva2876 check pohx's site - lots of good tips & a whole crafting section. As for eldritch embers, you'll find them when you need them in mapping. Check the wiki/craftofexile to mess around with currency you don't understand

One thing that really helps big boss clear early with elemental damage is +1 curse. Comes from many sources. But elemental weakness and flamabiility on the same Target makes them take A lot more damage. And often can help you get around tank implicit rares and map mod bosses with fire resist

I'm new to RF build,after follow your guide to lv20+,I think there is a very important condition before use RF: need cap your fire resist first and get additonal fire resisit as much as possible. flankly speaking, at lv20 it's very hard to cap fire resistence to 75%, at this time RF will burn life in just 3 seconds,make it nearly immpossible to use😢

If you get two ruby rings and some gear with fire res you should be good 👍 but yeah I had to use all the talent points 1-20 and could use rf at like 23 lvl, can't play it as you unlock it most of the time

Pohx covers this question in his RF wiki. You can use other skill, which will do acceptable damage, but fire trap is the highest damage output

ya you can respec your ascendancy within Maurader, so chief to jugg is fine but you couldnt say jump to inquisitor because thats a templar. Hope that makes sense!

I would NOT recommend a new player start LS warden. Warden is a completely new ascendancy (subclass), so it hasn't even been tested. And it requires a good understanding of how to gear because you will hit some points where you will feel it fall off if you don't know what you're doing. RF on the other hand literally has a wiki made by pohx, so any question you could possibly have is answered there. Doesn't get much more new player friendly than that.

Funny I started warden LS and stopped because I die too much in T5 maps and don't know what to do about it. This build is squeeshy and the damage is meh. You NEED to spam those tinctures and playing piano all the time is not for me. (2 tinctures, armor pot, evasion pot, blood rage, defensive buff, vaal LS, then LS spam...) So now I started over in SSF RF chieftain and I hope I'll be able to play it without trading which sucks in this game, no one answers.

I would say it's the best time after a lot of time. Tons of changes, and additions, but not the kind that would screw all over with over complicated things. The city building seems pretty hella interesting too! I'm a 2013 player and I can say that, instead of a league that FORCES you to take extreme risks, like the previous, this will be the true golden age of POE after a lot of time. Using gold to reset points will make a big difference too, for build swapping, so I have big expectations ahead. Welcome aboard, if you wish to join this ship.

@@dantevergil6437 I haven't played PoE in over 1 year, but I'd say RF is a good enough build to start with. Pohx's guide is very detailed and noob-friendly and will answer most of your questions in his website. Just be aware that PoE's endgame is very, VERY hard, few builds are able to kill the endgame Uber bosses, and RF is not a good boss killer. RF is very tanky, and very comfortable for running maps, which is what much of the endgame is about. For me, I only reached level 100 once, and I did so in a character using one of Pohx's RF builds. PoE is the most complex ARPG out there, there are countless mechanics that were introduced over the course of many leagues. A League is like a Season for PoE, a new one is released a couple of times a year, and everyone can start anew on a fresh character and a fresh economy (yes, PoE has a sort of in-game economy). You'll most likely be overwhelmed by the complexity of the game, but don't be discouraged, this is what makes the game interesting! Also, the game is free-to-play! Try it out as you please. If you enjoy the game and want to play it more, I'd recommend that you buy a few premium stash tabs. These tabs will expand your available storage and you need at least one premium tab to sell items online easier. I bought a few other premium tabs (currency tab, map tab, fragments tab, divination card tab and others) to manage items more conveniently, but those aren't in any way needed to enjoy the game. This investment was money well-spent, and I spent it knowing it is going to a company that respects its player base a lot! If you want to try the game out, now is the best time! The start of a league is always a blast!

RF is all you could ask for a league starter as a new player, mid-knowledgeable player or veteran, without heavy investment (Atleast until endgame, like everything else). Tanky, fast, aoe, decent damage and decently safe. Things to be wary of with it: Degen zones, negative resistances (especially fire), no life/mana regen mods, groups of enemies with a lot of ranged and fast shooting chaos damage. I won't start this league with RF, I want to vary (Used RF a lot in the last leagues, as the first build, because of how safe it was.. this time I'll have fun before POE 2, but I'll return to RF at some point. We all always do. Cause of RF, and thanks to Pohx.

if you follow the build guide, you'll end up taking a node on the passive tree called Spiritual Aid, which makes it so anything that would normally affect a minion, will affect you as well. That allows you to use minion based items or minion damage rolls as upgrades since with that node you are your own minion :P

cluster jewel can be added in at any point, I'm unfortunately not going to throw it into the pob at lower levels because it greatly confuses players. The Proliferation Implicit on gloves Is created via Eldritch Embers (any tiers)

You can get that on a small jewel, rewatch the video to see what is the name of the keynote to get on the small jewel. There are many other ways to get that, on gloves as well with an Exarch currency.

In typical GGG fashion they take a great build and nerf it into the ground. They go from one extreme to another but never in the middle. Same was done to all my minion builds collecting dust in standard that is good up to T16 and then your done. I loved RF for a few leagues now but since GGG has screwed that build, it time to move on to the next build until the same cycle of nerfs comes around.
