Good job Mr Minister. Please consider procuring sweeping vehicles to sweep off the sand on the edges of our roads.

Congratulations Hon. Quartey!. It is about time to get the sellers and hawkers removed from the roads; to stop the vehicle and sellers competing for the roads. Why is our society scared of punishing violators?

Landscaping and greening Accra should also be on your plan. Cactuses, bulbs and succulents can comprise most of the plants: they're drought tolerant. But fruit trees, herbs and flowers have to be intelligently mixed so people have easy access

This is a huge problem because over the years managers of this city have played politics with this for far too long. Now our population has balloon this is a problem. In my opinion it would take an authoritarian approach to decongest accra. I wish him luck.

We just need to stop building those substandard markets. Build more ultra modern market. Once those who can afford to use the ultramodern market , we the poor ones will be able to afford those small markets. It’s sad to see our young man and woman carrying things on their head. There should proper planning of our cities. Each community should have a market, a church, a school, police station, fire station etc. in this case there will not be anyone selling on the pavement

Henry Quartey “Mr Bull Dog” I think you have a good plan. However, please let the Assemblies investigate the markets and find spots for the people who are currently on the pavements. You’re doing an excellent job.

No Accra land is not for markets and relocations, we have enough markets if there are no spaces they can move to other regions. Government can help them with that. Mallata, Kaneshie, Agobloshie, Achimota Chantan, Mallam, Tuesday market, Dansoman, Larbadi, Osu Mokorla, Katamanto all these are big markets. It's enough we need other things on Accra land. Very soon there must be no hawking, no kaayiaa in Accra.

In Ghana the laws are not uniform depending who is in power, for votes they will allowed this woman to occupied these spaces until the spaces become inhabitable then task forces will be deployed to remove the women from congested areas. Another political power assumes office they come right back to occupied this spaces . We are not consistent , everything we do hinges on politics . I hope these exercises can be sustained for a long haul to make Accra breathable again.

These people are always begging. 20 years. 20 years. You believe that. No discernible improvements in 20 years Wow 😮 The sad part is everyone of those people interviewed would love to go to America to visit. Because it’s a beautiful place.

The bigger problem is the rubbish. The way some people are living amongst waste its disgusting makes the place smell koroibete going up ehhhh my dear. Even the market places full of rubbish people peeing and selling food amongst rubbish its terrible. This aspect should also be focused on.

In developed countries cleaning is done at night so by morning the whole city is cleaned ready for the day. Mr Journalist st majority of Ghanians want the city to cleared and clean, these majority will vote for him. At Kaneshie market women has evaded persons homes and you dare not tell them to move. Every junction in Accra has been turned into market. Example Tuba junction near the toll booth a woman selling food stuff and another doing chop bar

dont waste your time and dont get your hopes up. wait till election year all the traders will be back in full force. Unless we assume some kind of dictatorship like Kagame has done in Rwanda, this is all for show and a waste of time. Like just think about it, the circle overhead was commissioned by Mahama with greened medians. Go there today and see, we cant even maintain laws, the pillars around the Mantrac office have become urinals. All this is just white noise. Its not going anywhere
