There was not ONE worker at Point Sebago that was nice or smiled, I've been going there for 5 years and will NEVER go back. The little loss boy was the final straw for me.

And the prices, OMFG! the prices are so high you could spent a week in Florida for half the price. The food is horrible, the beach is muddy and they do not live up to their word of having activities. Me and my Daughter saw a little boy (3 years old) crying on the beach. We went up to him and ask if he was lost and he said yes he couldn't find his mommy. We took him to some staff members at the Tikibar and was ignored. I had to yell at the staff and tell them this little boy is lost.

Did I mention that they overcharge you on everything. What makes me laugh the most is their slogan....get this... "affordable family vacation"...lmfao Affordable? really? Where? in your runned down mold infested crappy cabins that you charge a weeks pay for?..lmao They call themselves a resort but I prefer to call them a LAST-resort.

Don't bother renting one of their so called "park homes". They are nothing but old worn out dumps and they charge you two weeks worth of paychecks to stay in one. Point Sebago I will not be coming back. You have loss my respect and money. I for one will make every effort to make sure campers from everywhere know about this place. When you're dealing with people (customer service) you need to treat them with respect, smile, say hi, and be nice.

Oh! and bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets because they give you worn out smelly linens in their package that they charge you an arm and leg for. Went here this past Memorial Day weekend and will not go back. DO NOT! go to this place. Point Sebago is not what it used to be. The staff members are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life . It starts with the female workers at the front desk. They are so rude even my 12 year old Daughter noticed and walked out.
