To have this much talent and grace in five fingers of one hand.... what an amazing, talented, accomplished woman. Watching her "unvarnished," without stage makeup and costume, only increases my admiration of her technique.

I cannot thank you enough for this! I'm currently trying to figure out safe exercises to keep my pointe students in shape from home 😊🙏🏻

I'm feeling so nostalgic today! I just watched your interview with Kaelynne and now I'm sitting here watching you break in your pointe shoes and doing your warm up. Now I want to bust out my pointe shoes and dance! I'm loving your channel!

Love this so much! It is especially fun because I have used Catherine Morgan's pointe class video for the entire shut down. It is lovely to see some similar things and how you teach pointe. your yoga mat suggestion is spot-on. I have a cement floor, and a piece of Marley. I put a yoga mat under the Marley for a good amount of cushion.

Beautiful!!! Wonderful suggestions for lengthening in the front of the hip area. The degages alternating with inside leg, outside leg are so gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing.

Very helpful! Thank you so much! Would it be possible for you to do more center pointe work? A pointe variation would be cool too!

Has your hyperextension given you any issues? Pilates helps me, and I noticed that pointe work is much easier on my hypertension. As I am getting back into ballet after many years (and not over-doing it), I appreciate everyone sharing their classes! I helps me to learn even if I watch a class just for corrections and tips! (:

Thank you Megan! This morning when I was doing your class, I was wondering if I should leave a comment to ask you about Pointe class. It's like you read my mind! Now it's midnight in Japan but I put it in my watch later list. Will do it tmr! 🙏❤️💪🦵

Your dancing and teaching are brilliant! Just wondering why you don't keep your phone/music near the barre instead of always having to walk over to the front?

How do you keep from going too far forward when doing an arabesque? That is something I have difficulty with.

My goodness you look amazing .... But I do have a technical question if you're willing to answer 🤔🌺💞
