instead of my calculator saying graph func Y its says dynamic func Y how do I fix this ?

When I type in the x button, I get T instead so I get an error when I want to draw the graph?

It depends on what type of graph you have setup for. Try pressing F3 (TYPE) and F1 (Y=) and then press. See if this gives you x instead for these graphs.

There is, however, a big catch. I got 2 functions (exp(x)=e^x) Y1 = 2.5E-9*(exp(x/(1.75*26E-3))-1) (the Diode current I_D of a diode in relation to the diode potential u_D in Volts) X2 = 1-16Y (the characteristics I=f(U) of the rest of the circuit). Draw both. Looks splendid. G-Solv -> INTSECT > You wait. Nothing happens. After watching the videos who told me what I did was EXACTLY how I could get the intersection, I noticed that when it works, both graphs have the same type. IN THIS CASE, i=f(u) can be easily converted into u=f(i), as Ohm's law U/IR=1 allows it: y[A]=(1-x)/16\Omega So, Y3 = frac{1-x}{16} DRAW. Y3 fully covers X2, as it should. G-SOLV->INTSECT Schnittpunkt X=0.7175422867 Y= 0.0176536072 So this, unfortunately, only works with graphs of the same type (albeit X= and Y= SHOULD be possible, as it's just two different pairings of an independent to a dependent variable in the xy-plane). MORE UNFORTUNATELY, Casis didn't implement any error message. A simple "Error: Type mismatch" would have sufficed to save me a lot of research.

Make sure you have the TYPE of graph by pressing F3 and select option one with F1

I keep getting Invalid Type Press: EXIT, whenever I press draw. Why is that??

From the manual its says the following " Invalid Type: An illegal data type is specified - Specify valid data" Are you using any data or lists in you graph? Have you got it set to Y = and not r= or Xt = on your graph entry?

@@AnKot Which GCSE exam...was it Cambridge for the international GCSE? I know previously the didn't allow graphics although I am not sure if that has changed. For the regular GCSE here in the UK there is no restriction on graphic calculator use.

How do I draw hyperbolic function graphs on this calculator

You can access the hyperbolic functions in graph mode by pressing OPTN and then HYPERBL. You can use them from there.
