For Talk Dirty at least. Drums are live. The tune of the snare drum is very different from the one on the record, the sound isn't that great, so I might be wrong on that, but the drum fills are a bit different from the record. The guitar is a backing track, CC never plays live like in the records, in fact, he plays whatever he deems right on stage. It has a certain flavor of the record, to me at least it's quite disappointing and how doped he is determines how "away" from the original song he plays. To be fair he does quite a good job at maintaining the tempo with the rest of the band. Backing vocals are recorded as well, you can ear it at 3:39 there's a synchro fail. The rest of the band has open mics though. Bret is singing live (back then when he could do it well), the phrasing is slightly different from the record and you can clearly note there's no other voice on the back. At 01:15 he even changes the lyric. As for the bass, can't tell, but one can guess that with recorder guitar, there's no point at having a live bass. Rock and roll al nite is all recorded but the voices. The snare drum sounds just like the record (which is different from talk dirty sound) and sound different than the sound it had on the previous song (seen guitarist changing guitars millions of times, never seen a drummer changing his snare or it's tuning).

I've seen Poison about 15 times. CC is a beast whether it was 1988 or 2022. It's MTV. Also 99% of great guitar players change and adapt to the song. As a musician, we never play the solo the same each time. It's always changing as most songs change when the band matures from the time they recorded the song.
