My guess is that the incentive was still there and available since it was one you didn't have to actively donate towards; it was just a bonus for donating :)

Really weird to have this bonus incentive be for $200K for someone walking out of bounds for 17 mins after GDQ dropped runners to keep the schedule on time...

I'm not sure how long the dropped runs were, but I heard the runners who dropped volunteered when it was looking like the event wouldn't end until 6am on Sunday unless they found ways to catch up on time. The BDSP run milestone incentive was missed earlier, so since it's so short (less than 20 minutes) they could use it as a cash incentive instead to raise a lot of money in a short time while also not pushing the event end time another hour or so for a full run. I mean $200k is a lot to ask for a short run but it's also the final hours of the event so if they wanted to beat the 3mil mark, they needed something big for people to pour into and for how fast the other incentives were met, going straight to the Eldin Ring bonus might go too quickly and then what? Of course, that almost backfired since they really had to push for the Eldin Ring bonus but it gotta admit getting both bonuses raised a lot more than just one would have.
