I was impressed with this one! Our ETBs have been brutal. We try to do one for each new set, but we never have as much luck as you did here. We just did the Paldea Evolved ETB since we never did one of those, and that one was just as bad as our 151 ETB. I think the reason your 3 packs and tins are better is because you have a better spread on packs and also the ETB price per pack is usually higher due to all the extra stuff you get. ETBs are more worth it if you play PokemonTCG and store the cards in the boxes.

Idk how to explain it, but I feel like ETBs are packed the same way as booster boxes. Like seeded? Basically with just about any Pokémon product, if I buy an item and pull an SIR, I won’t buy any more of those from that lot. Say an ETB from GameStop yields an SIR, I won’t buy any more ETBs from there until they restock them with a fresh case.

Since these later sets have a 1/70-90 SIR pull rate. There’s 90 packs in a case if ETBs, so each case should have 1. We did pull 2 from PF in back to back ETBs which was a miracle. But the pull rates were way better

90% of all ETBs I’ve opened are trash. 😂 Mostly dud packs or base ex type of pulls. 😂

I’d say with all the S&V sets, we pulled maybe 8 of all of our SIRs out of ETBs. And we have opened a lot of them! Pretty low odds for us anyways
