That might be the "final" video of Team Sky, after he had done all the other possible Team Sky Videos. He returns to his Home Region of Hoenn to find that Team Magma and Aqua are now under descendents of the original Maxie and Archie who are trying to do what there forefathers could not. It would make Team Sky go full circle.

Charizard's power level like most starters is at the level where in regions with access to a large variety of pokemon (legends, sudo-legends and just a lot of optimized pokemon) falls off around level 40-50 (usually when those other mons become avalible).
