Taen more tells the player that Perfection doesn't worship specific legendaries like the other cults, they find and create pokemon that can become perfect battlers. The mystery of the Original Dragon got Taen hooked to the point that he tried to reunite it again even after his boss gave up on it. And he would've succeeded, if not for the pokemon with "Perfect" in its title... ironic.
