A note about Beni (Wally's ancestor): he mentions in post-game that he wants to settle down at a warmer region since he's getting older. Guess what's a warm region? Hoenn. For more context: Hoenn is based on Japan's Kyushu region, which is the country's southern islands thus, the warmer islands. Sinnoh/Hisui's based on Hokkaido- the northern islands where it's the coldest.

Shortly after you first enter Jubilife Village, it is mentioned that you are around the Age of 15. If you play as the Protagonist of Diamond/Pearl Lucas/Dawn, who were 10 when starting their Pokémon journey, there is a 4-5 Year Gap that the character could've spent travelling to other regions - explaining the Shirt your character is wearing at the beginning of Legends Arceus. The game also makes it clear your character has some amount of memory loss, as you were pulled through what is essentially an Ultra Wormhole by Arceus - thus its need to treat you like you've never experienced Pokémon before!

Also is stated to come originally from Kanto. For the Alder ancestor comparison you forgot about Alder’s grandson Benji. Who you fight in either White Tree or Black City depending on the version in the postgame. Also Buck seems to have a distinct yellow stripe while his brother and ancestor don’t.

That can't be an Alder ancestor. Remember that there was already a hero when a space-time rift was made last time. That person, who I say is Alder, is in all clan houses. The guy in the painting has to be the hero. Put together that it is possible to get dragged through the rift to another time and the fact that the guy has Pokballs draping from him just like Alder (despite the tech just now being invented), and it has to be Alder

(After that battle I immediately went to get ice moves for my party 🤦🏻‍♀️) Absolutely love the references littered here and there. Can't believe I didn't register the Gardenia and Rowan connections though. Edit - To all those asking (and who will ask): Personally, Rowan just didn't leave as much of an impression during my gameplay as, say, the Galactic commanders or the Pokémon League folks. There wasn't anything about him that stood out - he was just the standard issue professor.

I love that Charm is a ancestor to both Bertha and Agatha, using ground and ghost pokemon Rhydon and Gengar. So from a lore standpoint, them being practically twins can now be found in a potential common ancestor Also about Adaman being Prof. Sycamore's ancestor, while i did see that too, i also thought that Palina (Arcanine's Warden) was his ancestor, as their hair more more closely matched. When i looked a bit further, i think Adaman might be related to Acerola, as they both have a similar hairstyle and they both had a similar hands-on-hip stance.

I think it's the inverse. With the exception of volo, pretty much almost every one of them is from another region. The clans are not originally from sinnoh after all. They settled there to worship the respective sinnohs.

many of them aren't from hisui, they even mention that they are JUST settling there. Thats why there's only a handful of small settlements for the clans and the one town in the entire region. Irida official concept art resembles Barry's in Platinum, they both have closed mouth angry face + both closed hand fist while personality wise, Both Barry and Adaman are impatient and don't waste their time, both also have brown eyes. It also makes sense that in modern Sinnoh, Barry is the one who guides you on the statue of Eterna City which is the combination of Palkia and Dialga.

The non protag becomes the ancestor for the same non protag due to the fact that every game is its own universe and the universe changes depending on what gender you pick and its the same for who the protag and non protag is related to. Laventon, Adaman and Irida are very large stretch, also you forgot Agatha for Charm, as she basically is direct confirmation of Agatha and Bertha being related, theory that has been teased for years now. Also you forgot Alder's grandson. Personally I think they picked few characters to just be original characters. Laventon Adaman and Irida Iscan and Palina Melli and Calaba All the other designs and naming conventions are extremely on the nose - having convoluted choices like these don't make sense.
