Silvuddy's Notes:
- Team Galactic: This is the first instance of villainous team admins getting their own unique battle theme, used for Commanders Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. While it's just a pumped up remix of the regular grunt theme, I think this version is the definitive remix of the Team Galactic battle theme.
- Team Plasma: While N is hailed as the leader of Team Plasma all throughout Black and White, we all know he's just a pawn to the real leader Ghetsis. I've excluded his final battle theme (at that point he's really a main leader of the team) as well as his B2W2 theme (where he's no longer a player in Team Plasma). Colress, while also labeled the new boss of Team Plasma in the sequels, is also still just a second hand to Ghetsis, and as such I've included him here.
- Team Skull: While Gladion isn't technically a true member of Team Skull, he's lumped with them often enough (even having their logo appear in his battle entrance) to be included as a higher-ranked associate. Plumeria is the true admin of the team, with her battle music using the same opening riff as the grunt theme. Her version baits you into thinking it's a slower rendition of the theme, before bumping up to a low key, bass oriented, faster remix.
- Team Yell*: Team Yell doesn't really have admins, and Marnie certainly isn't a true part of their team, but given that her battle music opens with the same intro as the grunts and Piers, I felt like she kind of classified in a similar way to other admins, as Yell's "Idol."
- Macro Cosmos: Oleana is Rose's secretary, and her battle comes with an intense remix of her overworld encounter theme. Just listen to those creepy strings!
- Team Star: The Bosses Giacomo, Mela, Atticus, Ortega, and Eri use this killer rock track in their battles. Giacomo is actually the one who composed the music in-universe (the real composer is Teruo Taniguchi). The loop is also slightly different the second time through, and is incredibly lengthy as well in comparison to other villain battle themes!

Honestly, one really cool thing about these different "archetype" music videos is seeing how Pokémon keeps playing around with archetypes in each generation. Not every region has gyms. The definition of "rival" keeps getting stretched. Villainous teams are all over the place. Pokémon still sticks to the archetypes, mostly, but it also breaks the mold for the sake of interesting stories, which is good.

Right! That's a big reason why I like making these. The way the archetypes of each soundtrack shift has forced me to get a bit creative in how I format the vids, but it's so worth it since it's a cool showcase of Game Freak's musical talent and creative prowess!

I agree! Major missed opportunity, especially since they already had started doing it by Gen 4 when they started making admin designs super special. Team Flare didn’t get anything special either, and they had regular admins AS WELL as 4 unique ones, AND an extra scientist to boot. So many disappointments…

The start of Oleana theme is my pinned favourite ❤ it sounds very epic and you actually can feel Oleana’s true rage of you ruining Chairman Rose’s plan by the music at the start. But at the main melody of this theme I found it… fun. Um It feels weird if thinking it’s fun when you’re about to feel her rage by the music. But still, 7/10

I'm biased toward the title "Commander" as is! And Saturn, my boy!! Super glad to see him on here instead of Mars or Jupiter; I feel like Saturn doesn't get enough love compared to the girls. ;3; So go figure I had to click to see the boy. Well, and hear the themes. :P I think my ranking is something like this (from least to most fave): Plumeria Gladion Marnie Oleana N (he and Team Star are kinda close) Team Star Colress (LOVE how unique this is, and also catchy!) Galactic Commander (again, bias, but they really are my fave) For once, no ties! But Colress is a VERY close match with the Commanders, so give the guy credit. I keep forgetting about him, despite now returning to the theme, ahaha. I miss being able to play my DS/3DS games...RIP both systems.

These are honestly really hard to rank on account of all of them freaking slapping, but I'll do my best. 8: Plumeria (Simply not my style of music) 7: Colress (Definitely fits the character, but not entirely my cup of tea) 6: N (His final version of his theme is simply superior) 5: Gladion (Definitely a bop, but it's actually a little slow for my tastes) 4: Team Galactic Admin Theme (DPPT version >>> BDSP Version) (Definitely some nostalgia at play here, but I love the escalation of temp making things feel more intense) 3: Marnie (Her theme just feels so comfy but also exciting.) 2: Oleanna (I cannot explain why I think this slaps as much as it does.) 1: Team Star Boss (You made a song that makes me like rock music? Yeah, that's an accomplishment.)

10:42: 當我第一次跟骷髏隊的首領對戰的時候是在員瑛奶奶的葬禮上，那時候員瑛的奶奶在上個禮拜四的時候，就算被送去醫院但還是不治身亡！所以我跟員瑛也是依依不捨的跟員瑛奶奶告了別，我也很暖心的安慰員瑛，但被Liz用手機錄了下來，就包括我經常用來唱歌的經典語音，總共錄了三個小時，因為員瑛哭得實在是太傷心了！完全無法接受奶奶的死亡，所以我為要替員瑛出一口惡氣，特地找骷髏隊的首領進行一對一的寶可夢對戰，對戰過後，我看到員瑛那傾國傾城的笑容就知道氣已經出了 13:16: 當我第二次跟骷髏隊的副首領對戰是在俞真去醫院檢查身體的時候我跟員瑛坐上了火車前往俞真所在的醫院探望時，我看到員瑛的吃著烤肉便當，還對我喵喵叫，似乎是給我足夠的勇氣去面對骷髏隊的副首領，來到醫院，我看到俞真用病懨懨的眼神看著我 15:58: 輪到吶喊隊的偶像首領瑪麗妮跟我對戰時我心裡總感覺很害怕，但看到瑪麗妮對我微笑時才緩過來，對戰過後來到燒烤店，我就看到瑪麗妮因為輸給了我，主動約我去吃燒烤慶祝一下，我也是很開心的接受了！接著我用筷子夾東西的時候，牛肉總是一直從筷子上掉下來而且還聽到有人正很生氣的在呼喚著我的名字，我抬頭一看是瘋瘋癲癲的皮皮，我好奇的問她怎麼了，結果她上去就是一巴掌跟吐口水，似乎是對強制送醫的事很是不滿，直到有個見義勇為的工作人員看不下去找來了巡邏警察以及救護車急救人員，但皮皮因為情緒不穩又再次被警方抬上擔架強制送醫了！她又要在醫院接受治療了！ 18:41: 接著我被送到宇宙隊的大本營裡，很多被我打敗的宇宙隊手下都紛紛為我慶生，接著我抬頭一看才知道跟宇宙隊首領對戰同一天的是我的生日 21:10: 此時星星隊的首領拿來了生日禮物放在我的面前，我也是滿心歡喜的打開來了！我打開一看是史迪奇，代表我的生日願望實現了

Wait a minute… Gladion IS the commander of Team Skull?? I get it for Marnie being commander for Team Yell… but Gladion in Team Skull?! I thought he dressed like that really is the commander by the look (that first time I know Gladion) and then I thought don’t judge the book by it’s cover and he’s just the kid of the Aether Foundation leader-mother and he just love to dress in a cool way… And NOW THIS??!! The team star admin theme is the only one I liked from all team star battles, but it's really amazing lol. Oleana was incredibly surprising. Sounds amazing. she deserved more battles throghout the game though. Plumeria sounds exquisite. Colress is a total masterpiece. First version N I don't like Galactic admins have a very nice theme. I also prefer theirs and the grunts to cyrus's

There are three admins on the same level of authority, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. I'm not sure if we should count Pluto but yeah, OP just used Saturn out of 3 options, that's all

I don’t know what ACE is (is that from Colosseum/XD?) but the Magma and Aqua admins were excluded because their battle theme is the same as the grunts; they don’t have a unique theme.
