Pokémon Platinum LittleLocke - Not-Fully Evolved Hardcore Nuzlocke

Can I beat a Pokemon Hardcore Nuzlocke challenge in Platinum using only Not Fully Evolved Pokemon?
Nuzlocke Rules:
-Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
-Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
-All pokemon must be nicknamed
Hardcore Rules:
-Always Set mode
-No items from the bag option in battle (held items are ok)
-No overleveling the next gym leader
Personal Rules:
-No setup moves

Getting a Pikachu as the first eligible encounter with the 5% Light Ball after losing the only Pokémon Antler has with Thief is such an amazing luck, but also the Gabite/Garchomp battle has that "IT'S SO OVER / WE'RE SO BACK" energy

@@zechli it's not uncommon idk why yall think it is. Just look at his SV runs. He exploits a glitch, which by most standards, would be considered "cheating". Either way nuzlockers cheat all the time with rare candies and such so I don't see the big issue with adding one or two tms and an item to his bag.
