I think it’s supposed to be a special Tera form symbol. Sort of like the special Gigantamax part of Dynamaxing equivalent of Terastallisation. Maybe we get unique crowns for certain Pokémon?

The last two seem to be the Tera source of each subregion. As you said, the one is the Crystal Pool and the other one we now know is the Terarium Core.

i think its either symbolic of Terapagos's stellar form, or Terapagos's regular form about to come out of its shell

Of the yellow symbols, the second one found in area zero’s cave can be lined up with the map of paldea and directs you to the location of each vessel of ruin
