If you have pokemon home on your switch and both sword and shield then you can move them (zamazenta for example) to pokemon home and then from pokemon home to pokemon sword.

Word of caution if you transfer them to violet or scarlet you can’t trade back to any other games because they change their status in the game. I did that with my Pokemon from let’s go Pikachu and shield and they won’t let me trade them back through Pokemon home
