I like the updated Sunsteel Strike and Moongeist Beam. They're basically the same as in Gen 7 but with extra polish, which I think is the best way to update signature moves. Photon Geyser feels like a downgrade though, it doesn't have that pillar of light at the end so it doesn't have the same oomph.

Critical hit doesnt mean it's weak or strong. A critical hit just does more damage than it was supposed to do initially. So if a super effective hit normally takes 10hp you end up taking 20 on a crit. Same for not effective hits. If normally I take 5 hp on non effective moves a critical allows me to take 15hp

You are blind, aren't you? Moongeist beam now has stars moving before the 3rd eye opens and the moon appears before it was sent off. Blue Flare has a change in camera angle. Sacred Sword now has more glitter, whereas in the 3DS games it is just a regular sword slashing. Plasma Fist now has Zeroora using the actual move Spectral Thief now has more sub-ghosts below the main ghost upon contact.

I don't think that the Solgaleo and Lunala in this video is the same Solgaleo and Lunala from Sun and Moon, because in that game, you catch your legendary at lvl 55, but in this video, they're Lvl 41, and Cosmoem evolves at Lvl 53, not 41.

I seen a video that basically states they are following the ruby and sapphire business model, in those game since the previous game boy was not compatible with the new one, all kanto and johto were unavailable so they ended up making fire red and leaf green to fill the gap, then making the ultimate game in emerald where is had all pokemon, so basically they left them out on purpose to get people to buy the remakes and then they are gonna make another sword and shield reboot bc they realized with black and white and sun and moon that you make more profit If you basically release two games that a very similar because some people buy both no matter what
