I mean, to be fair, it *IS* the hardest challenge in the game. You are forced to do multi-battles against people who have like lv70-lv80 pokemon, so it is the toughest challenge yet. Ya, you can just sweep it with lv100 pokemon, but i mean, any pokemon game can be summed up like that. If you want the star tournament to actually be a challenge, then just use pokemon that are in the mid lv70's or so.

I chose Marnie at first, but after speaking to Hop before the registration I felt so bad... Marnie has a backup to who she'd pick (Piers), but Hop is just *completely* relying on you, and he feels so sad when he hears you have a partner already. I felt so guilty... I did the star tournament myself too shortly after crown tundra was released, the day after I think it was. And I too paired up with Hop, but he kept targeting Allisters ghost types with his Dubwools normal type attacks 🤦‍♀️ Propably gonna choose someone else next time I go there, not that I need the help, it's easy enough to win even all on your own, but it was really annoying. I kept thinking ironically "that's some fantastic ai aint it?..." 🤦‍♀️

Well i used my hidden ability , level 100, EV(attack and speed) trained and with 5 perfect IVs and one boosted to perfect) with a nature that boost attack and made special attack less Cinderace. You can probably guess how that end. I had breed it while hunting for a shiny Scorbunny and with 5 Perfect IVs and one bosted up with a bootle cap sadly the Shiny i got had the wrong ability.

As someone who owned platinum and heart gold back in the day . I have to say the pokemon shield DLC crown tundra is one of the best Pokémon games I've ever owned. The max lair has such am amazing wide range of legends I just got mewtwo today ! Major achievement way better than shining pearl finding those silly shards which was almost impossible. This game has so much post game DLC content and I actually enjoy it more than arceus since the format is familiar but it's also slightly open world in the crown tundra. Now I have Rayquaza, Mewtwo , Palkia. ORIGIN form Giratina the Regis, etc . Truly an awesome game .

I got so used to listening to voiceovers in Genshin that I forgot none of the Pokemon games had any voiceovers (unless you count the Poison-type Gym in BW2). Also, “secret ending”?
