Aerial ace is originally based on a sword technique in japanese, thats why some interesting pokemon can learn it.

I will be the obligatory comment section nerd ☝️🤓 and mention that Aerial Ace is called "Swallow Return" in Japanese, which is the name of a sword technique. So it's probably just attacking with its claws (Diglett also learns stuff like Scratch)

Ryhorn is allways in the ground and doesn't take damage. Ryhorn can walk over grass and doesn't die from it. Like all living beings Ryhorn needs to trink water to survive and doesn't die from it. Ryhorn can live in cold areas and doesn't die from it. It's more like the attack a pokemon takes damage from and not the fact it cames in contact with it. Exceptions are for example Fire Pokemon which are bounded to flame on their body. This shouldn't came in contact with water in generall. A exception would also be if the attacks came from the Pokemon itself. Does this make any sense? I don't know, it's just a silly video game.
