i started playing earlier today, got a shiny stunky from an egg with the move ceaseless edge and then somehow beat the entire game within 12 hours with a mega alakazam, 2 protein meowscarada and a dream

I started playing as soon as the other stream vod drop. And i lost hard and fast. So at the third attempt was having slme awful rng and I just started capturing mons. And somehow made it to lv 160 before losing by being to greedy capturing stuff I managed to get my honedge adamant and 31 IV in attack and HP... and a shiny horsea. They are perfect teamates.

In terms of what mons to take skele is one of the best starter sweepers, usually the self set up ability mons like zacian for example are good sweep mons so a good 3 mon combo is probably skele , vena for stalling and swampert for the spread in types and for the last 1 value Mon I would take any Mon you have that has pickup on 1 value is probably priority otherwise use it for fodder or utility like zigz is good for getting linoon so u have an evolution line that can keep pickup, as for skeledirge u would want diverse move types that lower stats since that scales as u get higher levels so snarl , torch song, shadowball and a 4th move either for more utility or for status effects like flinch since dark type moves can hit ghost and psychic well with dark as neutral I think so skele is a great matchup with tinkaton and vena for the end game since u can cycle with leach see and provide the same as skele for tinkaton but bulkier

I gotta know who said "Crits aren't luck, they're seed-based" and whether or not they think crits are luck in mainline games. Because that's literally the reason RNG manipulation works, you're controlling your RNG seed with specific inputs.

That’s because it is. Self set-up Pokémon do be like that. Similarly, Pokémon that can steal items are equally nutty. As in, Pokémon that learn Covet/Pickpocket/Snatch, or have an ability like Pick-Up or Magician. This is actually the reason why Meowth is ranked 4 points instead of 3 like the starters.

jacob's whole skeledirge build is SO funny to watch for me cuz his is just... the default stats. whereas i hatched one with almost near-perfect IVs and Infernal Parade egg move, which is so fast basically only birds outspeed it XD
