Happy New Year! For Com Day, if you are playing with friends or family, don't forget to join a party. This will let you work on "Life of the Party" medals. BUT !!! The major advantages are saving lucky eggs & star piece & incense. If you don't know. with a party of 4, each lucky egg can be shared for 15 mins for 4 people. Instead of each members use 1 egg for 30 mins which use total 4 eggs. You can share 2 eggs for 30 mins, 4 eggs for 1 hour. Same work for star piece & incense. Basically for a party of 4, you save using 1/2 of these items to achieve the same bonus duration.

I remember an event sometime over the past two years where we had like a Spotlight hour with 2x stardust but there was an event on with 3x stardust and the 2x overrode the 3x. So even if we unlocked 4x stardust from the longer event on, I wouldn't be surprised if it's only 3x stardust during the Comm Day :(

Primal Groudon has to do with the sun, so it also boosts grass candy. Primal Kyogre has to do with the rain, so it also boosts elec and bug candy.

Ticket double the amount it used to be, shinies the worst rate I have ever had, both me and my friend did the research catch 75 Pokémon and neither one of us saw a shiny during that time, horrible research spins that seemed to give nothing but Pineapps, no community day box in the store and no 4* Floragato raids 😡

Here is a tip & trick don't work an understaffed job so you can have a day off for the event, still mad about this. Having a family member use my account for the event so will be able to do it regardless normally I wouldn't but Floragato was within my top 10 favorite Pokemon and want the shiny. Wish it were not on sunday.

If turn the current situation in Pokemon Go to real world, our Professor Willow doesn't give an effort to do research more advanced PokeBall to help us to catch Pokemon easier. PokeBall were underrate against all Pokemon especially in high levels and cp also legendary Pokemon. Standard PokeBall very effective for Pokemon cp below and equal to 20. Of course, Pokemon Go had stronger ball like Master Ball, Beast Ball and Safari Ball but these balls are not available all the time!!! Furthermore Professor Willow don't do research on like biotechnology fields to boost the low fertility Pokemon egg hatches like Lasvesta and to a high possibility shiny Pokemon encounter. Nevertheless, this is game after all.

So I always stock up on good IV starters then sit on them until comm day because they will always get one. So with the Gen 8 starters in Dmax battles and eggs you can get good IV ones now and just wait to evolve till next year when they will likely have their comm days. that way you don't have to worry about good IVs, just focus on shiny hunting. By good IV's I mean both, good IVs for GBL and high IVs for raids and what not
