Those tiny bootleg Pokemon figures truly refuse to die. They've been around for so long. I have a few of them from years ago and they're so darn goofy. The ones that John got are actually better than what I've seen. The colors are actually mostly right.

Same I had at least 20 of those little goofy figurines as a kid! I loved to play with the water types as bath toys and bury them in my sandbox. I’m pretty sure they’re still in that sandbox to this day.

I had the second Advent Calendar he opened! The figures were so bad! Most were not the right color and some balance issues; either falling forward or backward, like my poor Dragalge I got on day 4. He had to be balanced on his tail and could not stand up at all. Another issue was the Slurpuff I was given; it did not look like a Slurpuff!
