I have a question on why you sell the guys in the shop what does that do?

@@orangejuice4974 if you sell units in your reroll shop, it will lock whatever unit you didnt sell, and allow it to roll over to the next natural reroll. For example, lets say you have a shop with 6 Turtwigs. I sell 5 of them, and lock the last one. The last one, if I do not press reroll, will roll over to the next rounds shop with me.
