Damn I forgot about triple and rotation battles. Triple battles aren't the most interesting because it's basically just doubles but you put your tanky Pokémon in the middle, but rotation I think they should have brought back. I love the idea of basically never taking supereffective hits if you read right, so matches would last longer and take more strategy. It would be especially interesting with the current meta with fairy being immune to dragon which previously was only resisted by steel so before, dragon was a safe bet whatever the opponent switches to but now fairy can make that choice null
