Pokemon are not technically dead when they faint, they have just fainted due to lack of energy (HP) which is why they can no longer fight, but can use HM moves outside of battle (even though that doesn't make sense)

Ras STORYTIME Search No$GBA Emulator and then search pokemon black (or which ever pokemon game you want) rom. Then you need a script that you can find online that randomizes everything. However I don't advise you to do this type of run. I already lost and gave up by I started a normal run of Pokémon Platinum Note: You can use any emulator but I use No$GBA. Just search DS emulator on Google and see what fits best for your PC
