Jello in Pokemon Colosseum part 1 20:02 (response to “Oh no, I just realized the sidekick is just Kay Faraday all over again”) : “No, because Rui isn’t anything” Jello in Great Ace Attorney case 7 part 3 1:33:03 : “I hate her, but I think Maya is a better character than Kay Faraday because Kay Faraday is nothing” edit: I probably should've clarified, Jello says Maya is better than Kay because Kay is "nothing", but he also says Kay is better than Rui because Rui is "nothing". This didn't make sense to me because he's saying that B is worse than A for a reason and then saying C is worse than B for the exact same reason. If both characters are "nothing", wouldn't they be equally bad? Also I thought saying "nothing" was really vague and I didn't understand.

As a kid I didn't have a memory card, so we had to start over a lot and always got stuck on that fight. One day we finally caught it and beat the rest of the team! So we left the cube running to play outside. I got back and my mother turned it off to watch TV, I was so upset! I did eventually get a memory card and beat the game

Another fun fact about this game is that almost all of the gen 2 Pokémon in both this and gales of darkness reuse their Pokémon stadium models, which is why some gen 2 Pokémon look bad compared to some of the gen 3 Pokémon models. A particularly bad offender is machop, don’t remember if it appears in this one or gales of darkness though.

So quick little fun fact: shiny Pokémon are basically impossible to get in the colosseum series. This is because you can mostly only catch shadow Pokémon, which if the numbers are rolled when one is first encountered and it would be a shiny the numbers are rolled again until it’s not shiny. This is the same in the sequel, except for the wild Pokémon you can find in pokespots, which have the usual chance of being shiny back in 3rd gen of 1/8000 something.
