As much as I love emerald I would have to disagree. Don't get me wrong, with the battle frontier and Steven and catching the latis emerald has a very solid postgame. But the delta episode in ORAS as well as being able to catch so many legendaries trumps that imo

Damn, this was the hardest battle ever since Red in Gold. Even Barry at the end of Platinum didn't pose so much of a challenge. I went into this battle with my highest being a level 66 Sceptile and lowest being a lvl 60 Flygon.

He isn't the champion anymore. In emerald he tells Wallace to take over for him while he does more research in stones unknown to him. This gives way in Delta emerald that Wallace will take his place while his predecessor Juan covers for him.

@omgseriouslydude You have your battle style switched to SET in the option then. Go into your options and switch it to SHIFT. The SET option was put in there for people who get tired of it asking if they want to switch pokemon.

u get a meta gross after u beat the elite four. go to steven's house and u will see a pokeball containing a beldum, which evolves to a metang somewhere in the 20s, and evolves to Metagross at LV.45

I had a team of Rayquaza and a 50-something Swampert. Everything else was under 50. Barely managed to get all his other Pokeymans outta the way. Then Metagross shows up and makes me go through all 10 of my Full Restores and about 15 Revives. Metagross is truly the devil itself.

This brings back some BAD memories! I was ready. I had my Lv. 78 Rayquaza, (the rest were 67-74) my star-player! I can beat him. I engaged Steven in conflict and...! He had Lv. 77 and up Pokemon! My Rayquaza beat 3 of them, but I lost. I thought his Pokemon would be 67-75. But to be honest, I was just randomly wandering around the cave, not knowing he was going to be there. So, of course I was unprepared. xP

well,in R/S,steven is the champion,so they put champion music in RS,but in emerald,steven isnt the champion,he's like a rival,so they put rival music.
