Turns out this is a bit of a filler episode. :( Once the grinding starts, that's basically it for the episode. There won't be a highlights episode made quite yet of this recording, which is why this is called "part 10.5." Next week once we have the next stream I'll combine this recording with that one to make a part 11 for the highlights. Hopefully that makes sense!

The lore: giga noodle was the method of transport for the crew, flying from place to place. He was a loyal and brave member, but he was no match for the giant floating iceberg in the sky. It came out of nowhere and giganoodle could not turn back. He crashed headfirst into the freak of nature and the whole crew plummeted to the sea below. Beaten battered and bruised, the crew knew what they had to do, no matter the cost it would take. They would have to release vegeta from the hyperbolic time chamber. Vegeta, the same kraken that had taken so many lives at sea. But the crew was no longer a seafaring folk, they had learned the way of the sky. They had a new skyfaring vessel that they had deemed worthy through the method of coinflip: soggytoast. The crew flew through the sky to their destination. Landing at the entrance to the hyperbolic time chamber, the crew was nervous as to what would come next. Sir Pickle, the bravest knight of them all, stepped forth and disengaged the hyperbolic time chamber to release the beast. Vegeta fell to the ground "I have seen your future in the time chamber... your people will fall, but I know how to prevent it". Rising in the air he continued "we must raise our power level. Only then can we best the trials that are to come" To be continued...?

Kyogre’s signature move is Origin Pulse. Sheer Cold can be learned by many Pokémon, usually Ice types (Lapras, Articuno, Walrein, etc)

@@magmarman2633 in ORAS, yes. But in the original Ruby Emerald, and Sapphire, it was Sheer Cold for Kyogre, and Fissure for Groudon.

I think that next time you have a team member die you should get Gastly/Magnemite/Igglybuff out and evolve them - you might get a new Dunsparce. Maybe even to a bit of grinding and see what they'd be and have them each hold an Exp. Share as you train up you normal squad. If you get something good they get to stick around...

Yooo, I've been enjoying the videos man. I have a challenge that made up that I've been working on (granted someone else may have done this, but I haven't seen anyone try it) and I think it'd be an interesting one for you to take on. I've been doing it on leaf green (there's reasons). Here are the rules: The only moves you can use in battle are the status type move: i.e. it's not physical or special. That's pretty much the only rule (since struggle is a physical type move you can't use that one). Moves that start out as status but can turn into something else ARE allowed (such as metronome or mirror move). You just can't use ones that are physical/special in and of themselves. Some advice: Use leaf green because you are able to get vulpix, which learns will 'o' whisp (fire red growlith cannot learn this). You basically have to start out with bulbasaur, don't know if it is possible with the other starters. Leech seed is your friend, and oddish are evil. The easiest way to get leech seed is by letitng metapod struggle themselves to death. It is possible to take care of oddish and belsprout, but again, struggling themselves (or confuse hitting themselves) is what you have to rely on until you get vulpix. I would like to see someone else take on this challenge and I think you may be crazy enough to do it (respectfully).

"Oh no! You've defeated me in a Pokémon battle, I guess I'll stop blocking the stairs". I mean, I'm pretty sure if you have Pokémon that can push boulders around that are bigger than the main character, I don't think your Strength user would have trouble pushing someone blocking your path if it no longer has any Pokémon to prevent you from doing that. Because Pokémons are basically wild animals that you find, I wouldn't be surprised that it would be possible for someone in universe to train a Pokémon to specifically attack people, just like (sadly) in real life. Which is why I believe that Pokémon makes way more sense on the type of "Oh no! You defeated me in a Pokémon battle, I will move out of the way" than something like Yu-Gi-Oh where 99.9% of characters who play the card game cannot do anything with those cards other than play with them, and yet a lot of people are like, "Oh no! You defeated me in a children's card game, I am now forced to do what you told me to".
