I'm a big fan of Gary's Eevee. The way it defeated Ash's Pikachu was amazing. They made the decision to evolve it to Umbreon because of the Johto saga. I'm sure if he used Umbreon against Ash in the Johto Silver Conference 6 vs 6... Gary would've won.

Gary was SO underutilized in the anime. I wish his team was closer to Blue's, because why he has two Fire-types (Magmar and Arcanine), I do not know...

@@WheelStart no, they're entirely separate. Gary is based off of Blue, but they're two separate characters. The anime is technically a spin-off, created by a different team that works on the games. The only exceptions are Pokémon Origins, the animated trailers for the games, and Pokémon Generations. They are direct translations of the games, which is why Blue is never called Gary. The only exception for the games is Pokémon Yellow, which is an adaptation of the anime. And even though it has Jesse and James and Meowth, it doesn't have Gary.

I loved Gary's Umbreon alot that thing never took a single hit on screen until it battled Saturn I do admit Umbreon is a bit overrated being one of if not the most popular Johto Pokemon Also Fun fact the first battle of Ash and Gary with Pikachu and Eevee represented the rival battle of Yellow while Their second battle of Charizard V Blastoise represented the rival battle match up of Pokemon Red and Blue

I think it would've been great for Umbreon if Ash got an Espeon in Johto. It could possibly provide more appearences if pair with a rival similar to it. Also, I just really wanted Ash to have an Espeon.

Classes are better every week. I like how during the battle records you show the wins ties and looses and then have the percent of it all. Umbreon suites perfectly on Gary's team. Seeing gary and ash go at it reminds me of when me and my little brother go at it when we have battles

Yeah I remember Gary’s Umbreon, it evolved from eevee during the night from max friendship. It’s real strong, it even beat Ash’s Pikachu and that trainer’s Alakazam which was expected since dark types have an advantage against psychic types. Umbreon is my favorite dark type along with Mightyena and Houndoom, I even got Umbreon as a starter in Pokémon Colessum.

What would have been interesting is if Ash got an Espeon in Johto, like Red does in Gold and Silver, and have it be a rival to Gary's Umbreon.

@@ProfessorAlexSilver Especially since Espeon would be at a type disadvantage so could have had an arc where Espeon loses its first matches, then Ash and Espeon have to learn how to overcome the type disadvantage, then a payoff where Espeon wins against Umbreon and earns Umbreon's respect. I know that's sort of cliche for Pokemon, but it works.

I miss Gary’s Umbreon. It was such a powerful Pokémon and kinda was fitting to be a rival of Pikachu while still an Eevee. I was happy he brought it with him during the Diamond and Pearl series but was a little bummed when Umbreon didn’t appear in Journeys. I do hope we get to see more of Gary’s Umbreon in the future episodes

1st Time Seeing Power Play Episode it captured my Heart for Umbreon! That's why I love him and such a cool design! really wanted one in my Ruby gameplay but dont have another cartridge lol. I remember seeing your Sawyers Sceptile video a while back and saw you come back in my recommendations, man, you gained your subs so quick and my sub too! I see you cover a lot of different Trainers' pokemon, tho I saw none on Iris' Haxorus which was iconic from battle with Ash's Dragonite where it evolved by liking the concept of battling, and overcame Outrage's confusion effect by its bond and trust with Iris, however I bet, if a random trainer told his own pokemon to smash their head into the ground to stop the confusion they'd probably never listen 🤣 another pokemon you could cover would be Ash Sceptile's achievements since it was a Treecko, Gladion's Lycanroc/Silvally since they have quite a lot to discuss about, Hau's Decidueye even tho it lost due to Rowlet using secret Rest to recover all HP 🤣 or the Unova Trainer's Serperior since I don't know about anyone else, but Serperior and Samurotts' anime debuts make it hard for me to say which one pokemon is the best, as well as One Aura Man's Lucario from the movie :D Just kidding since movies usually don't connect to the actual ongoing anime seasons, but seeing you talk about one of the most iconic and admirable movies would be lit 😆

I have a theory that if he GS ball arc would have panned out (it was canceled because of the movie) that Ash would have caught an Eevee that would have evolved into an Espeon. My evidence to back up this hypothesis? The original Gold and Silver games, and Red's team

It is hard to pick a good moveset for Umbreon based on it's known moves because Umbreon is one of those Pokémon that follows anime logic of being a lot stronger offensively than it really is. If I were to make an entirely new move set for Gary's Umbreon as of the latest games I would give it: Reflect: A defensive move that is one of the first moves it has even been depicted using all the way back as an Eevee. Snarl: Dark type STAB that also serves to weaken the opponent, is also Umbreon's new evo move since Pursuit was removed from the game. Moonlight: A signature move of Umbreon and to give Gary's Umbreon longevity with the new defensive battling style I am giving it. Psychic: A move Gary's Umbreon currently knows and a move multiple Umbreon have been shown proficient with in the anime.

Also, I think it would be a cool idea for trainers/coordinators like Drew or Nando to possibly do a whole video on their entire team, since only a few members of their team got development (For instance, in Drew's case, Absol and Roserade were the only ones that I remember that got any kind of development, while Flygon only appeared at the Grand Festivals and Butterfree only appeared once, and, in Nando's Case, his Roserade and Kricketune got more development, while Armaldo and Lopunnny really didn't.)

He has started his channel an year ago, and now his channel is blowing up. He is getting 700 subscribers each day, so yeah he is growing and within 2 to 3 years, we can see more than 1 Million subscribers on his channel.
