Had to come back after 13 years. Found my origjnal neon green Gameboy Color with Pokemon Crystal still in it. I used to go the Game Corner and leave my character and just jam out to this when I was a kid. I remember the Pokemon Crystal game came included as a bundle with the GBC. The very first Abra I got from Game Corner was a shiny ^^ I was very young and I thought it was glitched at first. At that exact same time I was looking for an explanation in my Pokemon stats they had all gotten Pokerus. I thought that's what caused shinies and panicked xD

You're not as bad as me XD in Ruby I saw my first shiny, a Zubat, in a cave. I was terrified and thought it was a glitch, so I turned my game off, erased my save file and never went in that cave again. Hence why it took me 6 years to complete Ruby XD

I remember playing Emerald for the first time after my Uncle erased his data and gave it too me, My first wild pokémon battle encounter was a shiny poochyena, I thought it was some sort of new pokémon because I didnt realize it said 'poochyena', I'd manage to catch it and I got through the pokemon league with it, evolved of course, 2 years after that, left Nintendo DS on the train...

Ah, the good times, when the millennium was actually awesome. I miss my Feraligatr so badly. This generation of Pokemon is seriously the best. No strategies like D/P, no crazy animations like the 3rd Generation. Just enjoying the 16-bit graphics. Honestly, it's kinda sad when Red's mom says he hasn't returned for years, or maybe it's just me. This game still made history. G/S/C will never die out.

Wow. I have been trying to remember where this song was from for years. A long time ago, i mean years ago, i found this song on a website. a pokemon website. it was a small one. i forgot what it was about, but it was a small one page site and there was latios and latias and this song, well another version of it was playing on the site as soon as you went to it.
