Pokemon Games Not Working? Try This

Fixing a copy of Pokemon Yellow for the original Gameboy. At first I thought it might be a quick fix by cleaning the pins with IPA, but it gave me the dreaded white screen when starting up. So it ended up needing a reflow on the 2 main chips. It's still quite an easy fix if you have a soldering iron around.

If you're comfortable with it, the reflow technique is such a good tip tbh. Maybe throw in some text/annotation on the Flux you're using just in case someone whose a little green goes to try it

True, I just use the standard rosin flux paste that you can find at most hobby/electronics stores, or online
