This glitch only occurs with a faulty English Leaf Green ROM, which is preinstalled on some Anbernic devices. Just get a working one or buy and play a legit copy of the game.

the other problem is you dont find it until you are quiet a few hours in to the game

0:30 Menu+X then scroll down the menu and select cheats
