@@legendarytrainer5312 An opinion most people have. I like it as a gimmick but I'm not a huge fan of most mega designs. Also a lot of popular Pokémon got them instead of Pokémon that needed them. I'm kinda 50/50 on mega evolution. I wish I could love the mechanic as much as most people do but I think it's slightly overhyped. Only slightly.

As soon as the presents ended I said I had to come see your reaction because of all people I knew you'd be so excited and hyped for this! I am wayyyy too excited about this!! I always said Kalos got the short end of the stick and it deserved more. Mega evolution was my absolute favorite gimmick that they ever did. Of all the games I wanted to get a Legends game, this was definitely one of them. I cannot wait for more information!!

I’m so unbelievably excited for PLZA. XY were my childhood games and easily my favourite gen and I always was upset that they never did anything else with Gen 6. It’s always felt like the forgotten child that never had any extra games or DLC’s, remakes or spinoffs, etc. I’m so glad after 10 years we finally are getting more Kalos content!! Sorry to all the BW fans, but XY deserves this so much.

The new Legends game has a lot of potential. Based on what we've been shown, it seems pretty clear that it takes place during Napoleon's reign when Paris was completely redeveloped into one of the most planned and organised cities in the world. I do wonder how they'll address the events of the time in the game. As a lover of history, these Legends games are so cool

yeahhh my fav region finally will get massive love. Such a smart move by gamefreaks, because not only megas are so popular so we see new mega pokemon, not only Kalos didn't get any secondary games unlike other regions, not only Kalos's pokedex is so small compared to others so we probably will see a little big more from this region, but they also bring pokemon meme of pokemon Z to life. And it's futuristic legends game, ooooo i'm so hyped for that. I'm really hope to see my Kalos boys Noivern, Gogoat and Clawitzer receive some cool forms or evos.

I'm so happy that we're getting something about Kalos. Pokemon X was the first Pokemon game I've completed and my first good memories playing any Pokemon game. I hope that we explore more about that war that happened 3000 before the events of the main games, that we FINALLY get to capture or receive AZ's Floette, the only Pokemon to never get released, and Megas are cool. However, I do be really sad to leave Terastialisation behind. Teras are definitely my favorite gimmick.

I'm happy. Were finally getting Pokémon Z after so many years. And it may be for Switch 2 since its 2025. Its a good thing they are skipping a whole year and actually listening to fans and taking their time. Legends Kalos means were finally goanna get to see the Pokémon WAR from 3000 years ago. This has potential to be amazing. Oh, and I'm hyped for new Kalosian forms and new MEGAS!!!! And for clarification, this game is a Legends game, so it is NOT in the future like many people have been speculating, it takes place in the past 3000 years ago during/ after the Great Pokémon war that destroyed Lumiose City, that's why they are Re-developing it again with the redevelopment plan.

Why would this take place 3000 years ago? The confidential documents and pencil sketches look 1800s, and when the blueprints come to life it looks 21st century. This is probably GameFreak riffing on 1850s Haussmann's renovation of Paris that created the modern city, which is about when Hokkaido (Hisui) was colonized in Japan. I would like to see more about the war though, especially now we've been to PokeSpain and PokeBritain (with hints of their colonies).

We're finally getting Mega Evolution back & we're FINALLY GETTING POKEMON Z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Albeit it's interesting that it's in the form of a Legends game; and interesting theories that are forming are possibly either taking place in the era of AZ's time when he was king/the warring Kalos period OR due to despite being a Legends game but we have Cities & with the wording of Redevelopment Plans & the art maybe Z-A might take place in the future!!!!!!! My main hope for that when it comes to Megas that we get more Kalos pokemon would get Mega Evolutions considering it's the region that kickstarted the mechanic. A majority of Megas that we have now (from most to least; not including Reversion) mainly are from: Hoenn (20), Kanto (13), Johto (6), Sinnoh (5), & Unova + Kalos have 1 each; so it would be nice to even it out with the region that started the phenomenon for Kalos to gain more Mega Evolutions
