honestly Scarlet and Violet base is the best base set we have had in the TCG for decades. I opened 2 boxes and had lots of fun. Still might buy one to hold onto. First set without yellow boarders for english as well

Agreed! First with the silver border, first to have IR and SIR, great pull rates, and the return of EX cards. I think someday it will be viewed as an icon of the Scarlet and Violet era. I wish they had those pull rates the whole era. That would have been better for the hobby imo.

I’m hoping they do a mass reprint. My surging sparks set is almost complete and it will be nice to start another. Plus the kids are only 3 cards off finishing shrouded fable now, so it will be cool to complete a collection together

Just based on my random guess on how quick production can occur, I don't know if prices will shift downwards significantly for at least a couple of months - best case scenario for those that want the price to drop is probably in Q2 or so I agree though, it is kinda fun to see the booster boxes of things that are way out of the price range lol

And also my local OTS store just got prismatic evo and selling it way above MSRP. Selling it at 125 and doesnt include after tax. So freaking dumb

There are a couple of theories on how long we should expect this. 1. People say a crash is coming soon (like 2-3 months) 2. Others say we are in thing at least through the 30th anniversary set. I tend to lean with the second category.

Prices for Journey together in Denmark are under 60USDfor a an ETB. Prismatic evolutions is also under 70USD for an ETB. Is a kids game. Adults do not scalp to get some extra dollars, we have a healthy economu
