I didn't know Scarlet was so unpopular. I picked it because every version exclusive from it was more appealing. And yes, that includes the professor. Though I still got both games, so I'll be playing violet later on to help complete my dex. Chose Scarlet because Koraidon has/shows more personality. I was not bothered by its yabadabba-doo running one bit; actually I thought Miraidon bike Mode looked worse. Miraidon (battle form) ain't bad but its futuristic body feels too stiff and inorganic (and that applies to all the future Paradoxes too).

Either way, no, they can't just go to the-future-but-slightly-before-Turo-died-so-they-can-save-him since he didn't even die in the future.
