To be honest i think I would probably play this over the gen 4 remakes any day of the week. And that's because the sprites aren't copy pasted, most of them have genuine redesigns over the gen 3 sprites which is genuinely impressive

Mamphee doesn't have one because you get it through Pokemon Ranger. Since it comes from another game I don't think it makes it compatible. It's rare in the way you get it. Phiohe can't turn into a Mamphee anyhow
