why is it different from my radical red , I'm on Restricted difficulty (custom), Minimal grinding off, randomizer default.. now 4.1 (it's hard really)

@@beakamusic2603 there's a move reminder in cerulean city who teaches u level up moves to ur pokemon if u beat his puzzle. if ur stuck there just search a tutorial on youtube

How do you EV train in radical Red

u cant ev train in hardcore mode. unfortunately idk any fast ways to do it in normal difficulty since i havent touched it in so long lol. u could always just play on minimum grinding mode so no need to grind.

There's a guy in lavender town that let you defeat all of his team depending on what EV are you trying to grind, is kinda expensive but it's way faster
