The thing is, you might have an EX or full art version of the card, but not the common one, but you end up seeing the normal one in wonder picks. And if you're trying to get Mew, then you don't need those normal cards because of having at least one card of that mon in particular already. So, the wishlist feature is usefull to see from all the cards you don't have, which mons you don't have yet at all. Like me, I have gotten 2 full art Lapras already, but not the common one. No need to wishlist it, but I don't have any Nidoking at all, so I'll just put it on my wishlist.

If you get the card you flagged, will it remove the flag so you don't go after it again?

Can confirm it's no longer on wish list. Once you have the card the button changes to favorite. which isn't toggled on.

if there is a dex icon on the bottom left of the card, you have it. if not, you don't. no need to "wish list" it

Yup that's correct! But this is just what the Wishlist can be used for currently. But like mentioned at the end, we hope that it will be utilized more in the future.

It's defiantly a slower grind for F2P players. But just like a majestic Slowpoke, there's no need to rush though life.
