Indeed. I was thinking of people like LittleDarkFury who does daily videos of decks from each set.... he's going to struggle to make anything from these cards. He did the Flareon/Jolteon deck today... I suspect the Regigigas in Lugia might be one, and a few Budew tweaks to established decks, but really.... what playability is there in 95% of the cards in this set. They're shit.

Your video IS a unique unboxing because no one else quite shares the hate i have for this set lol. As always i appreciate your attention to the art (as well as pointing out the bad ones that everyone else is gobbling up because oooh expensive card)

I try never to be too negative on any Art, because I don't want to hurt any artists (I am fairly sure Komiya saw me being really horrible about his art over 20 years ago, and it upset him - I feel SO bad about that). But those Full Art Trainers are total, utter garbage. This set is nearly all filler cards or reprints. Budew, Gigas and Flareon are really the only good cards that actually add to gameplay in a significant way.

​@@saturninebear Yeah i get what you mean, in most cases its the art direction thats to blame for boring cards not the artist. Teeziro is one of my favorite artists who i collect but i couldnt tell he did the ortega full art from the set because of the evident restrictions they had on the look of the card which were supposed to match with the other boring team star cards. Its such a waste of a card when they couldve done a much more interesting card if they were assigned something with the less boring concept, literally an IR of any pokemon in teeziro's style would've been leagues better than what we got :/

Yeah. Hard to get and even if you manage to get it you're likely going to be let down. Pokémon really knows how to treat their collectors
