Oh yeah hop and hau have the same amount of letters and start with the same letter they are friendly rivals, their starter is weak to yours, and you also have cutscenes traveling with them. And the champion (In sun/moon) had the starter strong to yours. And you have a room in both games. And you can customize your characters. And there are no HMS, and there are new forms for pokemon there, and they are based on places in the real world, and their remakes are right after the originals. They are just too similar

Totem Gumshoos: Easy AF Totem Araquanid: Despite the type disadvantage, my Rockruff destroyed both Araquanid and Masqurain. (Both are part Bug types) Totem Marowak: A bit harder than the last two. (Just kidding, it was hard despite me starting with Popplio). It kept on sweeping my team with Flame Wheel and Brick Break. Totem Lurantis: Took me half an hour to beat. Finally went down by Toxic damage from Salandit (It also knocked out my Brionnie at the same time) Totem Togedemaru: Took me three tries. Finally, Salandit and Foretress teamed up to take it out. As a bonus, Brionne evolved into Primarina. Totem Mimikyu: Not as hard as Togedemaru, but still hard. Luckly, my Primarina had Shadow Ball. Totem Kommo-O: Took me 10 tries. I used Flygon's Flamethrower to deal with Scizor, and had Primarina use Dazzling Gleam. But Lycanroc's Stealth Rocks were the real helper. Totem Ribombee: Took me two tries. Yeah you can trade for a Machop and train it for karate chop, or train a Makuhita to learn Brick Break. Though it’s probably better to use Makuhita and Brick Break because you have to clear grand trials in order for traded/transferred mons to obey you. First grand trial sets the trade/transfer obey level limit to 35. 2nd:50. 3rd:65. 4th:80. Become the champion and the level limit is removed, allowing you to use ANY mon you want at any level.

The Totem mons and their summons carry move tutor moves and TM's to make things more challenging. Totem Togedemaru, for instance, has Bounce and Iron head, and Totem Marowak has Brick Break just to mess up any dark types you might try to use.

In the battle I had with Kommo-O it called a Noivern to our battle and they proceeded to destroy my team with Kommo-O’s Drain Punch and Noivern’s Super Sonic. I barely scraped by with my Sylveon which was under-leveled to begin with, and I had to keep reviving my poor Incineroar to tank the hits so I could heal Sylveon.

Even with Decidueye marowak was ez. Aracqunid is imoossible. Togedemaru literally just hopped on my whole team and killed me. Ribombee is the last one, so you can just get naganeedel or use moltress or ho - oh. You can get a lot of legendaries
