Eugh this game is not it Salty. It’s stolen art and designs not just from Pokémon but from smaller artists and the creators pretty much just plagiarize every new popular game until something sticks. They’ve made clones of Among Us, BOTW, and Hollow Knight, this is just the latest in their history of plagiarism. It’s an AI tech bro project that has no real value or passion put into it and is the world’s most blatant cash grab. To those defending it in the comments no one is trying to protect Nintendo, they’re trying to stop lazily made cash grabs from being held up as these stunning indie projects when they’re just rip offs made with stolen assets.

I hope not, i actually like the game and with it being the 12 most dounloaded game on steam i doubt the developers will let it die. There are a lot of controversy about this game, but unless somebody proves that they are stealing art or anything illegal like that. I will die on this hill.

The game company has had an …interesting background with its CEO endorsing AI art as well as similarities with Pokémon designs. I haven’t seen anything about fan designs being ripped though, (unless you meant Pokémon sage?)

I do agree that we have to create rules and regulations with AI, But we have no proof yet that THIS game uses AI, we can only make assumptions with their history, weird assets and similarities with pokemon So until we have definitive proof, i think its a bit unfair to bash on the game.
