Me too. Although I’m trying to best guess what they would use for soundtrack remakes/remixes and what tracks would simply be remastered. Not a lot of this soundtrack stands out to me.

This made me cry. Pokémon Y was my first Pokémon game, so it has a special place in my heart, and I still remember how happy and excited I was when I first played it. Now, I can barely feel happy at all. I’d give everything to experience that feeling again. It reminds me of a time when everything was less overwhelming, when I could still enjoy life without having to think about my purpose and the future. I’ve been depressed for almost 7 years now and almost all my hope of being truly happy one day is gone. I’m just waiting for the day where everything will end. This might be the last time that I hear this, but I’m glad I did. Thank you for uploading this, and thank you Pokémon for raising me and being a part of me for all of these years.

i don't know you but depression sucks. i have depression too and it's so hard to feel much of anything, much less happy. but you deserve to know that feeling again. i hope you come back to this playlist and listen again. wishing you well :)

I relate deeply to this feeling of hopelessness and lack of happiness/satisfaction with life, as if there is no purpose... Pokémon (for me, G/S/C and R/S/E come to mind mostly), Yu-Gi-Oh! (Mainly DM era but all Yu-Gi-Oh! hits a special place for me) , Kirby (mainly Nightmare in Dreamland and Superstar Ultra), Dragon Quest (I'd love to really play through 1, 2, & 3 but I almost beat 11 and Rocket Slime was my issh as a kid lol), Legend of Zelda (Mainly played OoT), Bomberman (specifically 64), RuneScape (bittersweet memories lmao), Digimon (rip all my old figures), etc... All of those hit close to home for me in my soft nostalgia part. Lately it's been Drawn to Life (amazing game btw, been craving to replay it) that's been on my nostalgia track playlist....But honestly I didn't expect this to come up in my nostalgia tracks. X/Y isn't what comes to mind for me when I think of nostalgia, but damn....as someone pointed out, X/Y are 11 YEARS OLD now.... I was always a day 1 Pokémon Y fan, but I totally forgot how amazing the soundtrack is to this game... This comment legitimately brought tears to my eyes, thinking of simpler times....if there even was such a thing. I've always struggled with depression and terrible self-esteem issues, but I guess it was more...manageable(?) earlier on...Like it was easier to get lost in an amazing game such as Pokémon on your GB/GBC/GBA/GBA-SP/NDS/DSlite/DSi/3DS and suppress the negative thoughts. Its soundtracks like these that remind me that true happiness is possible. We will get there someday

I love how Anistar City’s theme has clock sounds in it that are a reference to the massive sundial that’s located within the city.

I love these games so much. They made so many innovations that I feel should've been kept in the Switch games. I know that's not the most popular opinion, but I'll never stop appreciating X&Y.

I'll always remember X and Y being my favorite video game in general and my favorite pokemon game ever. I have a special place where I remember getting Y on Christmas Eve of 2013 and X in early 2014 and I was just hitting my teen years at 13 years old, and I still felt like a kid, at that time I felt nothing but comfortable, engaged, happy...*sigh* then it was in mid to late 2023 where the online systems and my mortality check came because it was when my favorite game of all time was turning 10 years old, and I was feeling uneasy because of the responsibilities I have as an adult now. And the fact that X and Y is now considered nostalgia or retro, it still haunts me everytime it's brought up. I was having that feeling of "Please X and Y, don't go, don't die! I don't want it to end! Please!" because it was hard, almost impossible for me to try and let go. Now, all that I hope from Legends Z-A is that I hope it's a mixture of Legends Arceus gameplay with the original X and Y ost. Thank you for the refreshing ost so much, and thank you pokemon X and Y for everything, I hope we can relive the old days again sometime.

I used to play Pokemon games when they came out, my first was Yellow and then 2nd generation. I barely play 3rd generation, but after several years I came back to the saga with XY. I love these games, they will always be very special for me. So hyped for the new Legends game!

45:28 Snowbelle City : the best city theme in all pokemon games for me, just magic !! X and Y, the most underrated gen, l hope Legend ZA will give the respect deserved ! The pokemon war, AZ and Floette story, the ghost girl in the elevator, the closed powerplant, so much mysteries unsolved !

Maybe not underrated, just overhated because it came right after gen 5. The flaws with the story and game balance are very noticeable and because of those it's kinda forgettable, but the music is fire and the cities are really pretty, especially the one with the fairy gym. Mega evolution especially is just rule of cool, as it's not really explained in the game, except when the professor says he THINKS megas are from the ultimate weapon, which is contradicted in ORAS. It's clear this game was missing a lot of pieces and should've had a third title. That being said, I can't say i don't like XY. I can't wait for ZA to come out and see how they'll address all the stuff left unsaid!

My first game/generation that i found, caught and hatched my first shinies. In silver i fought the red gyrados, was never able to catch it, so unlike so many kids, i never obtained the red gyrados as my first shiny. I tried to lower its health a little more, ended up critting it instead. Also its attacks hurt way more than what felt normal so i ran out of revives and didn't know back then rare candies could revive a pokemon with a tiny bit of hp. I learned that in these games. In silver vc, i ended up with a nearly identical situation just like when i fought the gyrados as a kid but again i critted the gyrados from what looked to be the same health even. So i didn't catch it in the vc version either.

My early experience on playing Pokemon Gold after Yellow and see the difference between day and night. Guys, that was crazy! Sometimes, instead of playing, I really liked just going around through towns watching blue filter and lights in the buildings. The second thing that was emotional for me is that X and Y soundtrack. This is specially well done, people just put their hearts on this.

This game is the overall a truly masterpiece and nostalgia at all because this game is imaging me it like my childhood or something especially, l've been feeling it like it's weird of things whenever listend the type of these themes about x&y or something, to be honest although, with l tired everything druing living in the world, which is extremely hard at all moreover, l wanna turn into back my childhood as possible as l could do it by the way, l'm remembering everything what l used to do in childhood and is obsessd focusing on this game like x&y or anything else as of now, l was guilty what l'm gradually becoming an adult more and more so before l say anything else, l don't wanna be an adult, ultimately however, l didn't it because l absolutely will not switch those things anymore and like, my childhood was one of greatest things in the world but this is already gone somewhere eventually, there is nothing left around me in general they said me like this, make sure you suppose to live in there however, that's super hard than l expected cus l've got hurted because of alot of people in that way, l was thinking it like they really hope what l kill myself and then, being negative in my mind so this is something worng everything around me so l might as well keep listening like these themes for my alot of things in return, l'll be normal

So, today, I found out I still have my like.. Second ever X/Y team, in Pokemon home. Genuinely, this means so much to me because I thought I had lost them forever. I loved those Pokemon so much, even if little me didn't have the patience to get them all to level 100 they were all level 100 in my heart. And now that we're all in Paldea together (Well, except for Click and Akumu... Sorry, guys, hopefully I can bring you into Legends ZA with me.) I can make them level 100 finally and give them the treatment they deserve. My babies are home, and I feel like my first ever team from Pokemon X is watching them ever-so-proud. I nearly cried when I saw them in there, just waiting for me to remember that I did actually bring them home, and that they weren't erased from the games forever.
