Really? Dude is an amateur and he played great overall for most of the event. =\ he was playing aggressive and it worked for him most of these final tables. Did he go a little too aggro? Sure. But we've seen much worse too.

I like poker but there is too much luck involved in the game. I’m not doubting that they are all excellent poker players and would trounce the likes of me but the winner of this event is all down to who runs best. They all play so similarly. You could be the best player in the world but if you’re dealt KK and an opponent has AA you’re going to lose a lot of your chips. Similarly you can make a great play and be 87% fav come the river but if your opponent hits a miracle card you could be out. Newhouse was playing crazy loose and was hitting so many cards, on another day he would have been out early. His 3bet with A9h was crazy.

I am really surprised how poorly these guys are playing. Both the pros and the amateurs. How did they get to this point in the tournament, bluffing off all of their chips with the worst cards imaginable?
