Anyone at the table: "Great weather we're having this week." Hellmuth: "It is great weather. This weather reminds me of that one time I won the WSOP main event. That was a great day" Another Player: "Man, my wife is annoying right now, can't she leave me alone?" Hellmuth: "Haha, wives right? I remember my wife being on the rail when I won my 7th WSOP braclet against the best players in the world" Dealer: "Ante's please." Hellmuth: "I remember, on my 5th braclet, being the best player in the world, that dealer said the same exact thing" Waitress: "Drinks, anyone?" Hellmuth: "Top players in the world, which I am, don't put anything negative in their body. I remember in 1989, where I won the biggest tournament in the world, I drank nothing but Icelandic Glacial Water, which was specially delivered to me by _enter random semi-famous person here_ which is what people do for the worlds best players" _Literally 3 minutes and no one says anything_ Hellmuth: "I'm the best poker player to ever live"

Hellmuth to Raymer: "7 people at this table know what I have" implying Greg is the odd man out. Doyle: "So what'd he have? I don't know." Such a legend, busting Phil's balls and standing up for the "new guy" by acting like he's not the best there ever was.

I miss it too. But I think we miss it mostly because we didn't have the amount of information we have today, so for us these players were the best poker players there could be and we didn't know what was correct or wrong, it was all about the players. Now we know they played at a really bad level when it comes to a mathematical point of view. Extremely tight and little aggression. No wonder the then considered aggressive players got the best results

43:30 why no river?

They just probably cut it from the video since the river was meaningless anyways since there is no river card what would beat the set of fives

Ace six had no outs after the set of fives. If an ace popped it would be a boat of fives and aces beating his set of aces.
